Several independent unions (not affiliated to any federation) are working in Defense Establishment which requires a strong  platform who provide one roof  like as Umbrella for redresses of collective grievances, promotion of welfare of defense civilian employees and resolving industrial disputes raised in MOD and also will  Maintain cordial and harmonious industrial relationships in Defense Establishments.
